Lost in Staycation: How Are You Really?

Yesterday was March, today is August and my mask is getting sticky. May I uncover my face? Should we go topless? As we were driving back from Pennsylvania last weekend, the car was accelerating by itself, as if it was anxious to get back home. Now the car is broken and there is nowhere to run away. The sky is blue above the United Nations HQ but the mood is a dark gray. “Courage” said the giant sign by the Manhattan bridge. How NY tough can we be? Just got a text this morning reminding us to stay safe as the heat wave will be followed by rain and windstorms. Is It Coming Soon Really? “Installation in progress” said the sign at the Whitney.
